How will you access my home?

We are very flexible – lock box, meet in person, key copy. Let us know what suits you at time of booking.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning session?

It’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients provide us with access to their homes, allowing us to clean while they’re away. If you prefer to be present, we’re more than happy to work around your schedule.

How long will it take to clean my home?

The duration of a cleaning session depends on the size and condition of your home, as well as the type of services you choose. We can always provide an estimated timeframe based on your specific requirements.
Depending on the number of cleaners assigned, as a guide:
2 bed 1-2 hours
3 bed 2-3 hours
4 bed 3-4 hours
5 bed 4+ hours

What is your cancellation policy?

We know shit happens! Kids wake up sick, dog ate something it shouldn’t have…
If possible, please advise us at least 24hrs prior to your clean so we can reschedule you.

While we handle your belongings with care, accidents can occasionally happen. Rest assured, we are fully insured, and if any damage occurs due to our negligence, we will take full responsibility and ensure the issue is promptly resolved.
