Premium Home Cleaning Services
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of domestic home cleaning services (the “Services”) provided by So-Clean Co (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By using our Services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before booking our Services.
1. Service Agreement
1.1 Booking: To book our Services, the Client must provide accurate information about their home, cleaning requirements, and schedule. Any changes to the booking must be communicated to the Company in advance.
1.2 Access: The Client must provide the cleaning crew with access to the home, including keys, codes, or any necessary instructions for entry. The Company is not responsible for any security risks arising from the Client’s provision of access.
2. Service Scope
2.1 Cleaning Services: The Company will provide cleaning services as agreed upon during booking. This may include, but is not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and interior window cleaning.
2.2 Supplies: The Company will bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. If the Client prefers specific products, they must provide them.
2.3 Exclusions: Services such as heavy lifting, moving furniture, and cleaning of hazardous materials or biohazards are not included in the standard cleaning service.
3. Payment
3.1 Pricing: The pricing for our Services is as stated during the booking process. Any additional services requested by the Client may incur extra charges.
3.2 Payment Method: Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments. Invoices will be provided upon request.
3.3 Cancellation: The Client may cancel or reschedule a cleaning appointment at least 24hrs before the scheduled time to avoid a cancellation fee.
- 1st cancellation is free of charge if 24hrs or less
- 2nd Cancellation incurs 50% charge if 24hrs or less
- 3rd Cancellation full charge
4. Liability
4.1 Property Damage: While we take utmost care, accidents can happen. The Company will not be responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or labelled as valuable.
4.2 Liability Insurance: The Company carries liability insurance to cover any damages caused by our cleaners while providing services.
4.3 Client Responsibility: The Client is responsible for securing all pets during cleaning. The Company is not liable for any harm or loss related to the Client’s pets.
5. Privacy
5.1 Confidentiality: The Company and its employees will respect the privacy of the Client’s home and will not disclose any information without consent.
6. Complaints and Feedback
6.1 Complaints: If the Client is not satisfied with the service, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of the service completion. The Company will work to resolve any issues promptly.
7. Termination
7.1 Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Force Majeure: The Company will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its control.
8.2 Amendments: These Terms may be amended by the Company at any time. The Client will be notified of any changes.
8.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
By booking our Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please refrain from using our Services.
